The radiators in the rooms have digital thermostats. The desired room temperature can be set using the +/- buttons. We ask you to make no further adjustments to the thermostat.

We rent our holiday apartment from a stay of at least 2 nights.

Well behaved dogs are welcome with us after consultation!

Please never leave your dog alone in the apartment and please dry it carefully after walks.

Yes, free WiFi is available in the apartment. You will receive the access data shortly before your stay

Yes, you don't have to climb any stairs to get to the apartment. The whole apartment is on one level, only the shower has an approx. 20 cm high shower tray.

The apartment is available to you on your day of arrival from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. Please remove the bed linen and lock all windows.

To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

- No cancellation fee is due up to 3 months before arrival

- up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price

- up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price

- in the last week before the day of arrival 100% of the total price

The deposit is 150 € and is due with the 2nd payment. The deposit will be refunded to your account no later than 14 days after your stay

There is a small village shop right in Schwalefeld, where you can get the essentials. We can only recommend the fresh rolls in the morning. The Gasthof Göbel is also located in the village. Everything in town can be reached on foot in a short time.
